The wild lands

Past Greenhollow the world is a grid of wild lands. Walk off the edge of one to reach the next. Each land takes its name from its part of the world.

Goblins live in every land too. Near town they are Grindlefangs and Sneerfangs. Further out come Boneclaws, then Ironcaps.

Fernbrake

A logging hamlet one land east of Greenhollow, in the Thornwood. Home of Brannoc Hale and Ysolde Marr. It has its own bounty board.

What you find in a wild land

  • Goblin camps around a fire.
  • Old ruins with guards. Far from town, a shade or a Hollow Court Noble waits at the middle.
  • A landmark with the land's elite.
  • Roads with bandit patrols.
  • Kobold war camps.
  • Caves.
  • Most days, an event.

Caves

Some lands have a cave mouth. Inside are Deepfang Whelps and goblins. The Deepfang Broodmother lives deep in the caves. Rogelio the beggar lives down there too.

The Snail Ring

A round grotto behind a crack in a Bittermarsh crag, three lands south and one east of Greenhollow. Glowing moss, a wet slate track, stands for the regulars, and a statue of Rogelio El Grande, who never lost a race. See The Snail Ring.

The Ashfall rim

The far west edge of the Ashfall. It is PvP land.
